MINI CASE STUDY: Credit Express
By utilising Credit Express's existing technology better, Indigo managed to reduce the amount of spam email being received, from an unmanagebale amount to just a few messages per day. This has resulted in considerable savings as staff no longer need to sift through quarantine and junk folders in case there was an important message there. What’s more, this was achieved without the need for the spam email to be downloaded – saving also on Internet usage!
